A very happy customer…

Over the past couple of weeks, the WP team has been supporting the Royal Windsor Horse Show, supplying fuel to the event. As the event is drawing to a close in the next few days, our customer – HPower – has been in touch with some excellent feedback about our service throughout the event.

In particular, one of our West London drivers, Jim Carrol, has been given a personal mention for being ‘fantastic’ and extremely ‘patient and accomodating’.

The show has been a great success so far. Our last delivery will take place on 25th May and the fact that the service has been exceptional should also stand us in good stead for future business.

 

Brand new site

To mark the revision and roll out of our new WP Group driver handbook, we have built an online platform to make it easier for you to access this information either from your depot, your home or on your mobile device.

Additional content will be added and guidance notes issued as and when there are any changes to company policy or industry best practice.

For a trial period, we will also use this as a platform to receive depot defects and unsafe site reports and post them in the QMS area of the site. As and when these QMS cases are resolved they will be removed so that only live QMS are present.

This site has been created as a result of us listening to suggestions from our drivers and any future developments will be considered.
